These terms of use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky, without reference to its conflict of law provisions, and the obligations, rights, and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with such laws.
- DATA RETENTION
Power of now business consulting does not retain and/or keep personal data on its site. We use Yoast SEO plugin and Google Analytics only for the purpose of data collection reports.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
